What we collect
Only what you type into the walkthrough request form: your name, role, facility name, city, email, phone number (if you give it), facility type, room and apron counts, preferred timing, and your message.
Please don’t send patient information
The form is for scheduling and quoting only. Please don’t include patient names or any other patient information. If some is sent to us by mistake, we’ll delete it.
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and prepare a quote. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing.
How the form works
When you press “Send request,” the form is delivered byWeb3Forms, a form service that forwards it to our email. Web3Forms handles it underits own privacy policy.
No tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. Our web host,Cloudflare, processes standard technical information (like your IP address) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to respond to you and keep normal business records.
Your choices
